In this series of lively discussions, history professor 和 author 卡罗尔Helstosky offers up the history of three distinct markers of Italian identity: food, 艺术与犯罪. 在第一节课上, Helstosky puts the focus on the history of food 和 food habits in Italy, from unification to the present day.
