Accreditation

The University of Denver is accredited as a doctoral degree-granting institution by the Higher Learning Com任务 (HLC) 和 is authorized to offer post-secondary education in the state of Colorado by the Colorado Department of Higher Education.

Institutional Accreditation

Institutional accreditation is a voluntary process in which a regional non-governmental agency examines the University's ability to fulfill its 任务 和 provide an acceptable quality of education. Accreditation begins with a comprehensive self-study followed by a site visit with a team of peer evaluators who closely review our:

  • Ethics 和 responsible conduct
  • Quality resources 和 support for student learning
  • Evaluation 和 improvement of student learning
  • Resources, planning, 和 institutional effectiveness
